LULA paws — Shipping Made Simple 🐾

At LULA paws, we want your order to arrive safely and smoothly, so we partner with Aramex Store-to-Door for delivery.

📦 Processing & Delivery

Orders are prepared for dispatch after your order has been successfully placed and confirmed.

Estimated delivery time: 8–11 business days.

Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude public holidays.

Please note that the 8–11 business day timeframe is an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, regional service availability, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Aramex itself notes that delivery times can vary by destination, with outlying or regional areas potentially taking longer.

🏠 Delivery

All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door, meaning your parcel is delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your delivery information is accurate and complete before placing your order.

If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

📍 Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

⏳ Courier Delays

While we work to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe, LULA paws cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, regional delivery restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
